1. What's the difference of PVC suction hose pipe, PVC thunder hose pipe and PVC braided hose pipe?  What's the application and characteristics of them?

PVC Suction Hose Pipe

PVC suction hose pipe is also named PVC spiral reinforced suction hose pipe or PVC helix suction hose pipe, it is made by high quality soft PVC granules and rigid PVC powder. Rigid PVC powder is used to make spiral inserted for reinforced pipes.  There are two types of PVC suction hose pipes, one type is outer surface is smooth wall, another type is outer surface is corrugated wall.

Application: PVC suction hose is an ideal flexible hose for conveying water, oil and powder, abrasive mineral sands, gravel, cement, chips, shavings, construction, agricultural, and industrial service applications.

Characteristics: Anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion, anti-aging. Super flexible, small bending radius, light weight.

PVC Thunder Hose Pipe

PVC thunder hose pipe is called Non toxic PVC steel wire reinforced suction hose pipe or flexible PVC spring hose, which is made by 100% pure soft PVC compound and  galvanized steel wire is embedded spirally in the wall of hose pipe, inner and outer surface of hose are all smooth and wall of hose pipe is crystal clear.

Application: The flexible PVC thunder hose pipe is widely used for suction and discharge of water, oil and powder in the factories, agriculture, engineering, foodstuffs and sanitation lines, if material adopt food class grade, this spring hose pipe can be used for conveying milk, beverage, distilled liquor, beer, jam and other foods.

Characteristics: It is anti chemical resistance, non-toxic, anti ageing, anti-high pressure, shape stability, light, transparent and with small bending radius. Performance will be excellent in the conditions of cold weather and negative pressure.

PVC Braided Hose Pipe

PVC braided hose pipe is also called PVC fiber reinforced hose pipe, or called PVC nylon hose pipe.It is made by a tough PVC and further reinforced with braided polyester thread for additional strength. It is not only provide excellent abrasion resistance, but also good flexibility.

Application: PVC fiber braided reinforced hose is used for conveying water, oil, gas under normal working condition in the factory, farm, ship, building and family. Food grade braided hose can be used in food industry.

Characteristics: Good flexibility, non toxic, excellent transparency, good abrasion resistance, high resistance to alkalis/acids, good weather resistance, higher working pressure.
